Nutrition
Eat a rainbow of colors. It’s easier to keep a well-balanced diet when you’re eating a wide variety of shades.
Don’t eat straight from the bag. Pre-portioning your meals and snacks helps prevent overeating.
Stay hydrated. Drinking enough water is key to feeling energized.
Keep your water flavorful by adding some fruits, vegetables, and herbs to the water such as watermelon, cucumber, and mint.
Responsible Choices
Take care of your sexual health by getting tested for STI’s regularly, learning more about different protection methods, and ensuring that every sexual encounter is consensual.
If you choose to drink, alternate alcoholic drinks with water and eat before drinking to stay safe.
Get 7-9 hours of sleep a night and stick to a sleep schedule of the same bedtime and wake up time, even on the weekends.
