  • Take time for yourself to travel to your favorite or new place. It can do wonders for your mind.
  • Practice gratitude by writing a letter to someone who made a difference in your life.
  • Unplug at least once per day. Spend that time taking a walk, sitting outside, or meditating.
  • Aim to be more mindful, present, and appreciative of life’s simple pleasures.
